Pros of leaving my last exam early:

- Start the holidays earlier
- Don't have to sit and stare at people for an hour and a half doing nothing
- Avoid the post-exam rush out the door
- The sooner I can enjoy yet another homemade strawberry ice lolly
- I can enjoy the panic on other people's eyes as I do the slow walk to the front to leave.

Cons of leaving my last exam early:

- No time to write my lecturer a list of To Read Books on the bottom of my exam to make sure that he has a fun summer holiday
- The aircon in the exam room is really effective and I'd have to leave it
- I've almost perfected another pen spinning technique. Another hour of practise could benefit this
- No post-exam high-five

It's quite a dilemma.

Not really. Disappearing for a while, getting married, the usual things people do on summer holidays.

True. It gives me ample time to work on my swagger down the aisles. I'm finishing later and later each term though, maybe next year I might actually be roped into staying for the whole time without a choice.

Pros completely outweigh the cons~ Alo you could always have a list in your head ready to write down so you don't waste time.

Find yourself another air-conditioned room to practice your pen twirling.

It's a fine balance between actually doing the exam and being a helpful human being.

Just the reverse thumb spin with my right hand. I can do it with my left hand, but on my right, the pen seems magnetically attracted to my neighbour's face.

I mean, that does sound like more a user error than anything else... (￣▽￣) I should practice more with my left hand. I can do all sorts of tricks and stuff with my right.

Yeah, 100% their fault for being attractive to pens.

The end goal is to be able to toss the pen from left to right seamlessly and just do two handed tricks. I can juggle, so it shouldn't be too bad.

Fortunately you will find aircons in more places than simply the exam room. If you are finished the exam, there is no sense in sitting around doing nothing.

My landlady has macho ideals about how to deal with heat. i.e. she likes to just sweat out weakness as she sits in the humidity with the day's sunlight beaming through the window.

She expects me to do the same.

I can relate. Poor girl must've already been traumatized enough by the exam without you adding to the mix.

Starting the holiday early is the only reason you need to leave once you've finished your exams.
