 A girl from one of my classes at uni has asked to come over to my place to study for the exam. How does one tell her:

a) I don't need to study
b) If you come within 50metres of my house, my landlady will probably eat your soul, there's a reason that we live at the top of an isolated hill surrounded by wards
c) I'm legitimately busy all week because certain people have taken time off work because apparently they need to study

Also, since you say you're busy, you won't have time to study with her even if you wanted to. I just think you're kind of being a chicken about it.
